Single family home, 2 separate entrances for both units. Airbnb is ok in the historic college park area. 

This property is set up as an Airbnb. The upstairs unit brings in 6k a month. The bottom unit when furnished can produce the same. I have several properties that I run on Airbnb and I make on average of 6k on each of my 5 properties in the Atlanta area.

The tiny house is in wheels no permit required. My property cannot be seen from the street also.

I have 3 acres and I'm 4 mikes from downtown. I am planning on adding 2 more by next year. 

My wife and i were featured on HGTV "Tiny house big living". We have several short term rentals in the atlanta area. We purchased/ designed and built the tiny house for 50k. We are using it as a short term rental property currently. We make between 1800-2500 a month on this 400sq ft cash cow. The link is below!!
