Thanks brie for that but for banks run credit. Mine's not good. My plan is well im not a pro subscriber to this site so these things I cannot say or ask for. With that in mine. With all the restrictions to this site how do one ask for  help without  asking ? Yes I interested in multi-family as well as tax liens. I'll just read everybody posting see what I can gather from there
