My property manager is looking for a new memory hook or slogan.  Does this slogan catch your attention.

"Your investment, Our Priority"  M&M Property Management.  

Can you offer some memory hook ideas that you feel convey excellence and value to an owner who enjoys being a decision maker and not a landlord/manager?

I used www.mers-servicerid.org and the voice response phone number.  Because I had the MIN number I was able to find the Trustee and the Servicer.  Then I searched for about an hour ultimately using Mortgage Backed Securities (MBS) and the Trutee's name to find the location and a VP.  Now I will send an offer by FEDEX to the Servicer and courtesy copy the contact I found at the Trustee's address in Minneapolis.  Wish me luck.

I'm interested in discovering resources that will help me discover who the mortgagee is on a 2nd mortgage note/lien on a specific property.  I know it was originated through GMAC in 2005.  The owner filed bankruptcy in 2011.  I would like to make an offer.  Short of just having my attorney send a letter to an EVP or the CEO Toby Wells does anyone have any advice on how to make 1/10 offer on this note?
