@james martin could you share with me a copy of your investing map of Memphis, thank you James.  

Can someone tell me who pays for a survey, the buyer or seller.  I have a total of 13.7 acres and want to sell 12 acres

@elizabeth wilson I have ties to Jackson, TN and was living in a town called Beech Bluff while I was working my 8 to 5 job.  I still have a house there that I am trying to sell that has 13.7 acres of land to go with it.  I am now living in Germantown, TN.

Are there any other suggestions of some Memphis area real estate investment groups I could attend?
