Nothing in my post mentioned that I expected the agent to find a deal from me. I am fully aware of that and capable of doing that myself. Im expressing my issue with agents who are not willing to show a house or too busy otherwise. With the new buyer’s agreement laws. One is required to have an agent just to view the property. Most have been a no show, or either want you to sign a 6 months buyers agreement without taking the time to properly know you.

Maybe read my post a bit slower, before misconstruing what I’m saying here. I have worked with some amazing agents prior, who are no longer in the field. By the way, I’m fully qualified, funded and a serious buyer. Unless you have had my experience, you really can’t speak to it.

Hello, I am ready to purchase my second investment property. However in my current area Central VA, it has been tough finding a consistent investor friendly agent. From my understanding they are needed just to get a look at the property. Most I have contacted, they are outright lazy, only want to show on their schedule, or just put you on a search and wait for you to bring something to them.

Finding it very frustrating. Yes I am aware off market is better, since it is direct to seller.

Would anyone recommend a good agent or share what has worked for you.

Thanks
