I need an investor to partner with on a property that is pure gold hidden underneath all the brush! Hi there my savvy friends, I have the Midas Touch when it comes to spotting (some call it scouting) "money" sitting vacant. I am called upon now & then from a few Ag brokers to find & negotiate a deal. My girl friend has been in construction her whole life & me just 4 years. We want to break into buying & selling but don't have the money. So here's our proposal: I will find a property I believe to have a quick turn around, you finance it (upon your approval) she & I will do all labor free of charge, we find a buyer (or you) sell it & you keep all the profit in trade for teaching us how to do it on our own. We are not doing this project alone first because we believe we can find an expert in the area that is will jump in & take us up on this offer:) we are in the Fresno, kings, & Tulare counties:) 

Please mentor & finance our venture, we all stand to gain!

Hi my friends:)

I have a property leased out to a farmer and in the lease agreement it states verbatim: "Lessee has the first right of refusal to purchase property should leasor decide to sale at  the same amount offered to a buyer" Has anyone here ever dealt with a first right of refusal here? Some say I have to have a bonfied offer first & then ask him if he want to buy it for that price, if this is the case then I'd have to tell my buyer "ok let me see if my lessee want to buy it at your offer first" if I were the buyer I'd be pissed off! In this even I run the chance of loosing a potential buyer?

I need a Genius! Ok... I went through a divorce after a 25 year marriage of never ending money to the land of "no money, zero zilch". I sold my condo at the beach & came out with $300,000.00, that would be my "nesting egg" so to speak, so.... A friend of mine said "you need to put that money to work & live on the interest earned at 10% so this person that narrowed my money secured it with a note that had 40 acres of new almonds. Me being a women with a death sentence with cancer & expected to to die, (but that was 7 years ago and I am healthy and alive today cancer free & I'm here to stay!!) He had planed on me dying & sold the property! He has taken every penny I had & is an expert in buying, selling, trading, deeds, grants, & he knew I was a weak unexperienced woman & premeditated to steal my money, I was never told that I had to have the note recorded I thought that was his job I just signed the paper & he said ok done! He continued making his interest only payments then after exactly one year making payments (because he thought I was going to die) he sold the property!! There is so much more to the story too much to write I need help I need an expert I needed attorney this man needs to be in jail and put to a stop! There's soooooo much more to this story.
