Hello, I am looking to invest in a multi family property in the Detroit area within the next 5 months. I'm even considering a small apartment. Is a small apartment too lofty of a goal for a first time investor? What is the best and quickest way to start investing? Is fix and flip a good option to start? My goal is to turn this into a primary source of income, so I'm looking for some guidance or mentor on where I should begin. Look forward to hearing some good advice!

Hello, I am looking for general contractor referrals in or around the Metro Detroit area. It would be great if the contractor had experience with multi-family properties and or 203K FHA properties. Thanks!

im not to sure what your requirements are for investor friendly but I have my first property under contract and am working with Lake Michigan Credit Union and they have been great and offer the best rate/terms.

Thank you, I will look more into them as I am already a customer with that institution. If you don't mind me asking, was your loan for a single family or multi-family property?

Huntington Bank has been good to work with in St. Clair County for us...I would recommend them! All the other local MIchigan banks I've worked with have been very flaky!!

Thank you, I will certainly add them to my list of options. If you don't mind me asking, was your loan for a single family or multi-family property?

I'm currently seeking a few recommendations on investor friendly lenders in the Metro Detroit area. Contact info and or a link to the company would be greatly appreciated.

Hi everyone, I am a new investor in the city of Detroit looking to invest in a multi family property. I am looking for a loan officer who specializes or has significant experience dealing with FHA 203K loans. Hopefully someone can make a few suggestions.

Thanks.

Hey, I'm currently looking to get into multi family investing. Looking to learn as much as possible about the industry. I hope to network with fellow local real estate investors and bounce ideas.
