When wholesaling pre-foreclosures, is it mandatory that I do seller financing? Or can I just get the house under contract and sell it before the auction?

I am an up and coming wholesaler in Atlanta, Georgia. I was wondering what are the costs of getting a closing attorney for my future deals. I also have a contract already, will I need to get my contract reviewed by my attorney before getting them signed?
