Earlier this month I mailed out my first mailer campaign of about 200 postcards that had a printed message and handwritten addresses. So far only 2 calls. 1 was a lady who asked me to take her off the list and the other was a wholesaler.

The plan was to send out mailers once a month but after reading this thread, I feel I should increase the mail outs in order to increase the responses.

Right now I have been focusing on tax delinquent properties and absentee owners but I build the lists myself so I am not buying from the list producing sites. Yes, it takes more time but I feel like @Pratik P. , I will increase the quality of responses.
