I just passed my Florida real estate exam on the first try! I’m going to talk to a few brokers in my area tomorrow but any tips on landing the job with the broker of your choice? I’ve read a couple books on it but just thought I’d get some extra input

I’m wholesaling in the Fort Myers area and am close to getting my first deal. I probably should’ve figured all of this out before but does anyone have any suggestions on the best Title Company here for wholesaling? Also if there are any investors that are trying to invest in the South Florida area I would love to connect with you and send you deals as I get them!
