I’m jumping into sales in NYC, anyone have advice on anything that can help me out? I have started to listen to Kevin Ward podcasts and they have been helping a ton. What tools do you experienced agents recommend? Also how do I go about getting my name out in the community?

Thank you in advance

As a new investor, I’ve been looking for an engine that is overall great. I don’t mind the price. I know Fortune Builders uses Realeflow. I just wanted to know is it worth purchasing before I make that investment? Are there better options?
