Hi Manuel, I use Propstream for wholesaling and I really like it. I have never used Batchleads so I cannot say that Propstream is better but it works well for what I do!

Thanks Melba, I am trying to find a contractor right now that will even agree to doing a renovation... Seems like the time of year that they would want to pick up any job they can but perhaps thats not true.

Hi Everyone,

We have made an offer that was accepted on a property that is a 4-plex. It has three 2b 1ba and one 1b 1ba. We are going to renovate one unit right away with new carpet, new paint, and a bathroom update. We will do the other three units as they become vacant Does anyone have any renovation tips for us to keep costs low? Or any tips on what renovations will make the most impact?

Hi! We are a team of three in Western Colorado based in the Montrose/Delta area and we are looking to purchase our first of many buy and hold properties. Our team is made up of Dan, Korby, and Kia. All of us are extremely interested in real estate investing and can't wait to get into this community. Currently, we have our LLC and are looking at properties that are around $100,000. We are still looking into the many different funding techniques and property management companies in our area. Eventually we'd like to get into BRRRRing and long distance real estate.
