If you’re looking to spray foam your crawl space, I’ve used Serrano insulation. They’re  pretty reasonable.

I had a similar issue. Turned out to be the toilet flappers weren’t creating a proper seal. The leak was so small you couldn’t notice. I suggest replacing the flappers on all toilets. I hope this helps.

I’ve used apps like Shovler and Task Rabbit but you have to hire out for every snow storm. Nest Egg also offers snow removal services. Although, Not sure how far out they go.

Good morning, I hope everyone is well. Is anybody having issues getting registered with Chicago given the most recent changes with the short term rental laws? Has anyone worked with an Attorney/Advisor who helps with Commissioner's Adjustment Application Appeals? Any Successes?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Good Afternoon all, I'm in the middle of updating a rental unit, I've priced out Lowes, Home Depot and Menards kitchen cabinets.  I've thought about buying the unfinished cabinets and just staining them myself. Would anyone recommend this? Or these cabinets at all for rental purposes? Property is located in East Garfield. Anyone use any distributor in particular? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
