My way? It's because I'm tired of burning the candlestick at both ends and not having any time with family. And not living up to my potential. I know I'm here to help others but I cannot do that if I am wiped out at the end of every single day. My dream is to eventually have a nonprofit to help house the homeless and I figured I'd start by REI and eventually free up my time and focus so I can be with my family and get a nonprofit started.

Hi All! New here to BP but have been watching the videos and getting all the free knowledge possible and getting ready to purchase our first investment property. We're looking at The ATL area and the surrounding states. I've managed to find discussion threads on this topic but I’m missing something. Would love to find a mentor point me in the direction and be a guiding light. Oh yes, and would a turnkey company be a better entry point for someone so green? Also would be happy to connect and just talk to folks, trying to put myself out there!
