Hello BP, while i'm looking through different online offers to get a better pictures of the multifamily investment, i notice in my area there is a lot of 2-2 & 3-2 bedroom bathroom.

For now, my plan is to invest in 2-1 unit only to young & old couple (for the sake of argument), what can i do with the extra said bedroom &/or bathroom

So when i heard the story of someone owning a large apartment, that does not mean they own all of the units, right?

Hello BP, i'm very new to multifamily. 

So when a person said they own 30 units of apartment or condos, they mean that in a building of 600 units, they (Optional) used a PM to manage 30 units of their properties portfolio in that apartment/ condos under the owner company, right?

Hello BP, a very stupid question related to Apartment or Condos. 

When someone said he own 18 Apartment or Condos units, he is saying that in a large apartment of 120 units, he own 18 units of those & used a property manager to manage his portfolio under a company (Entirely optional), right? 

I'm kinda of new to the Malaysia Property market.

Are there any Malaysia investors here in BP because maybe there something we can discuss about?

That's was fast, thank James. The higher the rent, the higher the quality. But what about the trouble associated with the cost. Will it be worth it?

Hello BP, Dante here. I had been looking at different kind of apartments for a while now but i'm not too familiar with how the bedroom & bathroom factors will attract certain type of tenants.

What kind of apartment tenants can i expect from a "2/1", "2/2", "3/2", "4/2"?

And what your opinions on these?  

I had been looking at Isle of Man market for a while now but i cannot find the country's "Job Growth Rate". Where do you think i can find this information for free or what is the next best thing other than "Employment Rate" because it is actually very different from Job Growth Rate?

Hello BP, i'm Dante a new person entering the real estate investment. I'm actually living in Malaysia & not a US citizen but i hope i can receive a good start from BP.  

Before finding a property, i want to look into location/ States. But unlike the US, there is no CAFR for me to see the city statistics. 

I had try asking some property agents but so far i had only encounter them as "Salesman" & they don't give a care about my need. 

Is there a way i can find Malaysia States' statistics?
