Hi Matthew if not solved by now I have a good contact at bancorpsouth, I ran into your post because I am capped by bancorp and need a new bank :) 

Hi gang, I've been doing deals successfully in LR with bancorpsouth and was just capped at their 1M mark. any ideas of other local banks that will offer 75-80% of appraised value?

@Alex Craig HEHE, the only reason I knew Knoxville, AR was that I drove on the I40 from Oklahoma to Memphis and remember stopping there... funny. I will look up Knoxville TN to see the SFH there. thanks again :)
