My name is Danny Winters and I am brand new to real estate investing. It has interested me for years, but always seemed like something I couldn't get into for some reason. Listening to the BP podcasts has helped me to realize that it is possible. I run a family owned dry cleaners in Encino, California and have been doing that for basically my whole life. My real estate goals are to help my retirement and/or stop sweating for a living and maybe get some time off every once in a while. Right now I'm mainly trying to educate myself and save some money. Looking forward to seeing where it takes me.
