Hi, my name is Danny and I'm new to Bigger Pockets. I started out listening to the podcast a few weeks back and absolutely loved it. So I decided to create an account and try my hardest to become an active member of the community. @Frank Patalano so far what is holding me back is purely the lack of knowledge. I'm very new to this all and just want to gain as much knowledge and insight as possible before jumping in. I plan on taking that plunge within the next six months and until then I plan on learning everything I can to feel confident in my first rental purchase.
