Where I have to buy the property then resell or minor fix an flips even major . Any ideas ? Any one ? I'm in Nevada

@Lloyd Stanton Well  in my market most of the sellers are selling with the real estate agent and they're all doing seller financing or sub 2 so wholesale deals are hard to come by so I want to find a better strategy to make profits on deals to assigned the subject 2 an End buyer . I want to assign sub2 an take the down payment as my assignment fee

When filling  a contract " subject to " is the purchase price the existing  amount of the loan , or is the existing loan apart of the purchase price . Does the loan amount go on the purchase price or what ?Can someone show  me an example of how these transactions are put together .

So if the loan amount is if the seller got a loan for 125k for the home gas paid 15k so now they owe 115k how do i go about the negotiation and what would you fill out on the subject to form
