What would you say is the easiest way to connect with Wholesalers? 

There are a lot of people on FIVVER or Upwork who do this. It may be worthwhile to reach out and give some a go.

Very excited to be introducing myself here.

I'm an active RE investor in Long Island with a few properties under my belt.

I have a proven track record as a serial entrepreneur and this last year I've decided to start investing with the intent to build long-term generational wealth... I read a few books such as "Rich Dad Poor Dad" and really want to build my asset column up.

I am looking for single family homes, value add plays, that can be rented out (Buy and Hold), via the Section 8 program.

I am primarily investing in Long Island, NY.
