If the price is right. It is a Great Market! We own a 2nd home in Tampa!

Impact won't happen right away like in 2008. The most affected industries are oil, energy, restaurant, and hotel industries. The main concern here folks losing jobs and then they can't pay bills and the rent. Hence why as investors it's important have cash in hand to cover some losses. Because their will losses as folks start losing jobs and that won't happen for months. Cash Flow is king as always but Cash in hand is King in rough waters like this. Just make sure you have both because I saw some very very wealthy folks get wiped out in 2008 because they didn't have cash in hand to cover some losses. Some excellent deals will also open up here for folks with $$$$. Just my two cents. Best, Danny

Love the hustle.

Thanks again Evan.  Super important information to keep in mind hence why I'm speaking to someone at your firm tomorrow.  All options on the table. Thanks

Thanks again Chris.  I’m in the process of doing some heavy due diligence and evaluation.

Any other players that I should have on my radar? Thanks
