Hi, i would like to know a little about how to go about getting a manufacture home on a piece of land that I’ve been looking into buying. I’m located in California.If anyone here has any experience doing this I would like any advice / guidance on what’s the average cost to get a manufacture home with delivery and hooked up to utilities etc.. thanks
