Hey I recently inherited my Dads home with 5 ac of land my brother owns 60 %  I own 40%

I have been told he can make me sell out my part is this true ? If I put the property in a LLC would this keep me from having to sell ? Thanks

What are the steps when some one is late on paying rent

they have paid 200.00 the rent is 700.00

past due on the 10 th  there is a 25.00 late fee and 10.00 each week its not paid

should I file out a evection by the 20 th ?
