Im getting too many outdated preforeclosures. Properties that are in preforeclosures arent in preforeclosures or have been written off the statement.

Tired landlords aren't really tired.

Im finding outdated preforeclosure properties in many markets. Not many properties appear to show accurate contact information. Tiredlandlords are not really tired.
