I am interested to consider investing in KY Kentucky - will be happy if the members will PM ( private message ) recommend the best towns to invest in KY where there is great value - safe - up and coming becoming trendy or being gentrified pockets and still at great value to buy - also where I can find great PM property managers to manage them and a high ROI - high yield as my major target is buy and hold for high yield and income

Just saw your recommended various things about some LL insurance that is paying premiums at the end of the year if there were no claims Would love to get a referral recommandation for a great insurance broker that represents such an insurance and does high level insurance cover for his investors ( when there is an event everything is covered ) Also heard about insuring rental income for up to 6 months heard there was such an insurance Any tips contacts would be great Cheers Danny Trestian

Can you or anyone recommend also some really reliable high level PM property managers that watch our back as investors and are very active hands on ( advanced with their transparency online system and really good as PM to advice me as to viability of certain properties for rentals ). Also looking for some great realtors in Boston area that can check out some properties for me ( online at first ) and their viability. Realtors that really know the considerations of investor etc ..deeply appreciated and welcome to add me and ping me on PM private message as well as add to linkedin.

I am looking for some great Buyer's Agents for Cleveland Ohio ( Also Chicago is an option). Agents that are very used to work with Overseas Investors and that are very pro active and would like to be successful and they are open to various investment strategies. 

Prefer Agents that know very well to source " of the market deals " but it's not a must. Open to ideas and suggestions as well as connection to Wholesalers and other fellow investors from all over.

Hi All,

I am new to the wonderful platform.

Being an overseas investor that has just formed an LLC, I would need an independent company to act as a good reliable high level service of Physical address in the US ( mainly for getting correspondence from the bank / Credit & Debit cards / other correspondence not relating to registered agent as it seems the Attorney that has formed the LLC would act as a Registered agent for that purpose not for bank correspondence )

Need any good recommendations of great such websites / services that are reliable and high level good with forwarding overseas only the mail we ask them to do / they scan every mail to email and I can choose which ones to forward.
