I would go to one or several of your local Real Estate Investor Association Meetings.  You can sometimes find them on Meetup or maybe even from a post here if you will tell us what city you live in.   I live in Dallas area and there are probably a dozen meetings in any one month.  You are there to network.   You have skills people need.  Some people have money and need your skills.  Trade.
