Thanks @Michael Borger! I just graduated a year ago, and haven't invested in any real estate, but I'm on the site to hopefully meet and get to know those who are doing deals in this area. Throughout my time living here (~6 years) I've absorbed some knowledge about the student housing/vacation market in the Laie community, and it's a goal of mine to become involved. 

I'm interested in other real estate investment strategies too, like rehabs/flipping, etc.
