hey Veryl, yes Beaumont has plenty properties that will give you good cash flow. Some of the neighborhoods may not be the best but the money is definitely there.

My name is Dannie Davis I am 28 years old and I live in Beaumont, TX. Beaumont is a decent sized city about 45 minutes away from Houston, TX. I am a police officer and I am looking to obtain financial freedom through real estate investing and possibly be able to retire at an early age. My plan is to start off investing in rental properties and eventually get into the flips. I am hoping to gain some knowledge and guidance from the experienced members of this community.
