Thank you Charles...i am actually working on getting deals and leads...but i feel like when i find them ill struggle for the team so i want some potentials at least :) and getting a head start

Thank you for responding...for future deal purposes I am a creative investor and I need people on my team to get these deals to closing when I find them lol. Attorneys who deal with creative investors, mortgage brokers who have underwriters who can solve deal closing problems and who i can prequalify people with and investor friendly title closing companies

Good Afternoon my fellow bigger pockets family. I am looking for some mortgage brokers, title companies and attorneys who deal with creative real estate in New York City if possible in Queens, NY but I am willing to travel to the boroughs if need be. Looking to build/expand my team.
