Has anyone used a PM software and out of state? Having a bad PM really hurts your profit and maybe managing it yourself wouldn’t be a bad idea. What do you guys think? Thanks

@ALYSSA Feliciano I would recommend reading David greens book, long distance real estate investing. On my first property I just went and bought a turnkey property but I learned that all the meat of the deal is already taken if you go that route. But everything is done for you and it is cash flowing.
