Thank you!

Excellent and quick advice.

I currently hold a few rental properties in my personal name. In 2020 I'm starting my LLC for purchasing additional rentals and would like to transfer my current rentals into the LLC too.

When I transfer/sell my current rentals to the LLC will I have to pay capital gains and recapture accumulated depreciation?
