I was actually able to find someone to do it. Here is the link: https://www.upwork.com/o/profiles/users/_~01a05a51f411102a8b I'm not sure if they're still active but they really helped me out. I've also figured out a way to do these types of lists myself. When you open the file in excel, if it's not already comma delineated, click fixed width. There it will give you the option to manually separate each column based on the description that comes with the file.
