@Heath Thomas Jr I'm going to reinvest most of it.  I plan on taking up to $500 and do something to REALLY celebrate.  Something that we normally wouldn't do.  This will be our first flip and I just want to do something memorable to reward ourselves for taking the chance and getting into this business.

@Judah Johnsonyes I was thinking a few beers and a game of poker with my contractor and real estate agent, haha.

Nicely done!!  Those words kept scaring me too.  But I am in the process of finishing my first ever fix-and-flip and we are set to close in two weeks.

Congratulations!  (And, my "hats off" to you.  I'm a real animal lover and it's great that you are doing what you are doing)

Hi everyone,

I'm proud to announce that I've got my first fix and flip under contract and set to close in 2 short weeks.  And I want to know, what are some of the things that you all do to celebrate the closing of a successful deal?

Obviously I'm going to reinvest and keep this process snowballing.  But what good is having "Bigger Pockets" if you don't occasionally enjoy some of the cash?  I plan on taking a small portion of my profits and doing something special to reward my wife and myself.  So lets hear it... what is your favorite way to celebrate?

Hi Everyone,

My name is Dan and I'm new here.  I've decided that real estate is going to be one of my vehicles to WEALTH. I'm a Doctor of Physical Therapy who realized that trading my time for money is never going to earn me freedom (and not even come close to paying off my student debt).

I've recently opened my own Cryotherapy Clinic and it is my first true business asset. I look forward to sharing with, and learning from the BiggerPockets community.
