Thank you everyone for the warm welcome!

I am a newbie real estate investor in the Eastern Iowa Corridor.  I'm a part timer as my full time job is in Cyber Security, but I see real estate investing as my vehicle to achieve financial freedom.  I currently own 1 single family condo in Iowa City and plan on expanding to additional single family homes in the near future.  My soon-to-be wife is a new real estate agent and my brother is a property manager, so I've already started a team.  I tend to be frugal and like to minimize my risk where possible, so I'm probably looking to start slower than most!

I'm looking to learn, network and expand here.  The bigger pockets podcast has been a wealth of information along with the newbie learning I've had with my first rental.  I can't want to get to know the people here and build my team, network, and overall strategy.
