Hi All, I’m a little bit late to this. I am  very much a newbie and currently on assignment overseas. If there is another virtual meet up, I would love to join. My home base if Hollywood, Florida but have been considering investing in gainseville in the next year or so. Still exploring markets but my little brother is currently going to school in gainseville so I thought it might be a good idea.
