I've been in real estate for 6 months. Accomplished Commercial Leases, listing land, listing residential working with multiple buyers, but when you see fluctuations in your bank account, how do you keep confident? No other job, currently buying a fixer upper and pushing forward. Is there a point where you overextend yourself and try to move to fast? Is a part time job worth falling back towards? I feel like I'm making good strides, but I'm at a point of inflection right now. I have many questions floating around in my head.
