Hey Joseph that’d be great feel free to message me. 

Thank you these are good questions to ask myself. I'm using my VA loan to help finance my next deal and once I sell the home I live in now I'll have a good amount of capital to rehab the next property If I wanted to along with my W-2 job. But I'm just wondering if that capital could be better spent just going towards another down payment on another deal.

Hello everyone, I’m looking to buy my first rental property within the next year.  My question is should I buy a turnkey property or something I can put some sweat equity into? Thanks

@Mark Ainley thanks! My biggest goal right now is to finish renovations on the property I am currently flipping. With the profit from that I will be investing in a small multifamily property.

 Hi Paul, I will invest in small multi-family rental properties, primarily focusing on buying and holding long-term. Ill be doing so with my brother, we both make good money and wanted to find a way to put it to work. We are currently working on a flip right now that should give us enough capital to continue investing in our next building.

Hey guys, looking for some information from any veterans in the community that have used their VA loan for an investment property. Been hearing a lot of different things and would like some more information. Is it possible? Can I use my VA loan for more than one property? THANK YOU!
