Inviting all those looking to grow their real estate network, whether new or experienced, to our monthly meeting on November 30th at Beach Haus Brewing.

Our meetings are open to all experience levels and ages. We are focused on a learning, non sales pitch based type of environment that allows local investors to learn, connect, and grow their skills and network. 

This month we will have a guest speaker, Insurance Specialist Jeffrey Feldstein presenting on various types of insurance that are offered and how it benefit and harm your real estate business.

Awesome; great areas for flips and rentals - just be careful and mindful of the flooding. Those areas were hit pretty hard during Sandy, and homes have to be elevated pretty high.

Bring your questions as Vinny has over 30 years of construction experience. You won't want to miss out on the opportunity to hear about the typical things to look at when walking through your next investment property and how to spot potential challenges.

• There will be no food served (bringing your food is permitted). Those over 21 may order their own beer. There is no drink minimum and you do not have to be over 21 to attend.
• All are welcome to attend. There are no prerequisites or experience requirements.
• The organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the meeting in the event of low expected turnout, bad weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Our next meeting will be 9/28 at Beach Haus Brewing in Belmar.

We have Jeffrey Feldstein, an insurance specialist, coming to discuss various insurance policies and what home owners and investors should keep their eyes open too when reviewing a policy.

Meeting starts at 6:15PM for open networking and presentation will start around 7:30.

$10 at the door.
