If you have a really keen interest on the I-85 improvements, you should know NCDOT has been having some cash flow problems. They had to delay over 900 projects a few months ago, and are only slowly bringing them back on track. Inevitably there will be net delays. They are also about to open up the window for new project proposals, it closes May 1, 2020. The Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) or NCDOT division will be making the official request.

Or further North in Catawba is the Greater Hickory MPO  http://www.wpcog.org/transportation

Fairly sure I'll make this one!

OIE, I could have been there, but didn't register it in my mind. I'll try again in the future.

I think I'll be able to make it.

Time

06:00PM - 09:00PM

It's all the way at the top above the actual "post"

Hey all, sorry I had to miss. Worked Called.

tsk

I just convinced my friend - well see if he acts - who is in grad school at NC State to invest. But the key to motivating him, was the ability to start small. House Hack. You probably know many students / friends looking for a place to stay. If you are willing to rent them a room in your house/condo you can help cover your rent.

I would stress to only buy a place that would cash flow once you move out. You don't want to be stuck with a bad property. For him it was "but what if i don't my grant next year" type of motivation. Well then you can move or whatever, but you have the property and it works.

I should make it this month.

Triangle, and interested

Sorry I missed it, but looks like I'm all good for next month.
