Are you willing to partner with someone to add to the down payment pot? I’m in CT and have been struck with this too. Let me know if you’d like to talk.

Foreclosure.com is a partner, but is not directly affiliated with BiggerPockets. It is a separate service to sign up for. It's not a part of our Pro or Premium membership.

Thank you for clarifying! I couldn't find any information on the site, so I figured that would be the case, but was hoping it wasn't.

Can anyone tell me if foreclosure.com is completely included in a BP Pro account? Or is the price reduced?

I'm taking steps to buy my first rental property and I'm wondering if forming an LLC is worth it considering everything that I'd be protecting under the company would be protected with a good insurance policy. Accidents, damages, lawsuits, etc. would be covered by having proper insurance. If there is any problem making with mortgage payments (renters refusing to pay/evictions and extended vacancies), the lender will go after me personally, no matter if I have it under an LLC or not.

I can understand when I start increasing my portfolio to then incorporate an entity, but I don't see much of an advantage on my first try.

Okay, it's blacked-out and says that they're still working on these documents when you aren't pro yet. At least I know that they're there, so thank you for confirming that.

Is there any reason why Connecticut is the only state without a downloadable lease agreement? I'm not a Pro member yet, but I intend on beginning my real estate journey this year. The lease agreement feature will be a determining factor of my Pro membership.
