Thanks for the response! Yes, I will continue with consistency. I am just bewildered as to why I only received one call. I am preparing to send yellow letters myself rather than using a DM company.

@Benjamin Shaw @Frankie Woods I don't understand how driving for dollars is general and would be the same list everyone else uses. I am intentionally looking for distressed homes, while the purchased lists are just regular homes with certain requirements.

@Anthony Hurlburt Yes, the DM company sent me a seed postcard, but I haven't received it.

@Charlie John It is interesting because I sent 600 postcards and only got one call who was pissed. Other than that, no other call. Yes, driving for dollars seems like a much better list than buying a purchased list... yet, I only received one call which questions if I am doing it right or not.

Yes, I've heard consistency is the key. But only one call out of 600 properties. Isn't this abnormal?

Thanks for the advice. I just looked for somewhat of distressed homes while driving. Some looked quite distressed and others looked somewhat distressed.

I need your advice.

I drove for dollars at about 15 houses per hour. I found about 600 properties. I sent postcards via gobigyellowletter.com to the 600 properties, yet I only received ONE call... and the one call was about not wanting to be sent any further mail.

Did these postcards not get sent or did I do something wrong?

Any advice?

I'm wondering how many properties you find in one hour from driving for dollars.

I have been finding about 20 properties every hour I drive. Would you say that 20 properties per hour is good?
