Downtown Orlando and ROI from property. Location prime factor.

How did you find this deal and how did you negotiate it?

MLS, we competed with 7 other offers. We got the contract accepted and renegotiated after inspection due to the roof needed to be replaced. 10,000 re adjustment of price.

How did you finance this deal?

Cash

How did you add value to the deal?

Roof, kitchen, open wall and gave it an open concept. New AC, bedroom refinish, fresh paint in and out, new electrical box in and out, new electrical, and plumbing.

What was the outcome?

We were satisfied and saved thousands.

Don't pay cheap labor and put everything in writing.
