LOOKING TO BRRR, LOOKING AT SINGLE FAMILY 3BR/ 1 BATH. HAVE LOOKED AT A LOT OF PROPERTIES BUT NOTHING HAS PANNED OUT YET. ALSO LOOKING AT DUPLEXES IN THE NORTHEAST.

HELLO, IM NEW TO THE INVESTING GAME AND LOOKING FOR SOME ADVICE. IM IN THE PHILADELPHIA AREA AND HAVE JUST GO TO THE POINT OF MAKING OFFERS. I'VE YET TO GET A DEAL DONE, BUT AM NOT GIVING UP. ANY ADVICE WOULD BE GREAT GREATLY APPRECIATED. AS A SIDE NOTE I'VE BEEN IN CONSTRUCTION FOR 36 YEARS AND HAVE DONE OR SEEN JUST ABOUT ANYTHING SO IF I CAN HELP WITH ADVICE ON ANY CONSTRUCTION QUESTIONS FEEL FREE TO REACH OUT.
