Hi I'm Daniel and am new to the forum. I'm from Anderson SC and have one rental that was once my primary. I'm currently doing research, listening to a lot of bp podcasts and connecting with people. Im Working to get things in order so I can gain additional buy and holds. Im very excited to be here and am learning a lot thus far. I will upload a picture when I'm able as I can't get it to load on the app.

From the information that came out this week I am mostly wondering if depreciation will go away. The drop in capital gains will be good though. I expect we will get details in the coming weeks and I'll be able to do the math to see where things land.

First post. What are the thoughts on how proposed tax reform will impact real estate investors? Specifically, how do you feel the possible changes will impact buy and hold investments? Thanks
