Hi I'm Daniel and am new to the forum. I'm from Anderson SC and have one rental that was once my primary. I'm currently doing research, listening to a lot of bp podcasts and connecting with people. Im Working to get things in order so I can gain additional buy and holds. Im very excited to be here and am learning a lot thus far. From the information that came out this week I am mostly wondering if depreciation will go away. The drop in capital gains will be good though. I expect we will get details in the coming weeks and I'll be able to do the math to see where things land.
