@Sergio Picciuto I'm dealing with a similar issue-curious to see what your attorney had to say on the matter. I've spoke to 3 different attorneys and have gotten 3 different responses so it's hard to decipher and make the right decision of disputing or not. 

@Michael M. curious to follow-up to see what the outcome of this was for you? I just received the same about 2-3wks ago. I've spoken to 3 attorneys and each has given me different responses (1 states its not worth the legal fees to dispute, 1 states it'll be 2500-5k to dispute but won't give me any information on the likelihood of winning the appeal, and the last attorney I'll be talking to on Monday seems to have a few strategies in place that he'll review with me during our call). Any insight/feedback would be really helpful. Thanks in advance!

Hey BP community! 

Recently did my first deal on an out-of-state duplex and I want to ensure I'm keeping track of all of the financials to remain organized and ready for tax season each year. Also want to be able to see how well a property is/isn't performing at a glance. I took a look at QuickBooks but before starting a monthly subscription I wanted to scan the community to see what has worked best for you guys/gals! Has it been creating and maintaining your own excel spreadsheets or using another 3rd party system similar to Quick Books? As always, any help/advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance! 

 @Remington Lyman thanks for the input. RL isn’t accepting properties where the duplex is located and Panzera I’ve already checked out. I’ll take a look at S4RE-thanks again!
