Everyone I've talked to has said the guy doesn't want it, but he's paid taxes on it because he doesn't want to just abandon it. The house is a complete mess and he doesn't want to do anything with it. A couple neighbors told me that he'd been gone for more than two years and left no instructions about anything. 

So I actually found a really good deal here in my area, but the problem is, all I have is a name. The property is vacant. It's a great deal with an ARV of 220k, and I'm certain I can acquire the property for 20k or less. The repairs could easily total 100k, but like I said, I'm looking at a huge spread with a clear 100k of profit at least.

I've gone on the internet, and called city and government entities to no avail! I've used paid services and still, I got a phone number, but it was disconnected!! According to everything I've seen, no government entity owns this property, but the owner does owe back taxes on the property. How can I get in contact with the owner so I can help him? I'm really running out of options and so I'm wondering what you guys think. Help, please? :)

I mean, I could send a yellow letter out, but is that my only option?
