@Daniel O'Donnell I know a guy who takes thorough to another level. He inspected a house I sold and let's just say he inspected anything else I bought for personal use.

I am looking for a home inspector for a single-family home in Western Massachusetts, specifically Northampton. I appreciate any strong recommendations.

Hi BP folks,

I have an opportunity on a single-family house and I would like to obtain an independent appraisal of the property. The house is in Northampton (Florence), Massachusetts. I imagine an appraiser anywhere in the Pioneer Valley would work out. I'd like a thorough and honest appraisal of the home and property.

Thanks for the welcome! I think that I'm still figuring out how active or passive I'd like to be. I'm definitely interested in maintaining my work, but I'd like to diversify so that my day-to-day life is less stressful and I can make better leadership decisions without as much concern about whether I will have a job and income.
