Thanks, for having me here!  @Mindy Jensen I am a regular at TREIA in Raleigh, NC. I look forward to interacting and learning with all of you. 

       I have networked with quite a bit of investors in the triangle area, and a couple in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area as well. 

        @Vincent Crane how did the market in Raleigh treat you? It's a great area for rental properties!
