I’m looking for any feedback, tips, and assistance on focusing on property management next year!

I was a leasing agent/assistant community manager for corporate multi family properties and my broker does allow property management and has encouraged me to pursue it now that I’m a licensed agent.

I’d like to do luxury vacation rentals, airbnbs and private landlords. I want to get my certification & am torn between going through NARS or Penn Foster.

I want to start asap so any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

Hi all! I own 2 acres of raw residential land in Nash County, NC around Whitakers. The land has not been used & is inherited so I don't plan on selling. So I would like to find a way to make cash flow from it and would like some advice & tips. I've thought of leasing it or putting a modular or mobile home on it & doing STR. I'll be in NC next month to look at it for the first time & would like to have an idea of what I can do with it by then. TIA

@Drew Sygit I inherited the land a couple of years ago and it has not been used prior to me. I get contacted by buyers all the time but I’m not interested in selling and figure I can invest in it someway. I sure am trying to keep the hustle up.

I’ll definitely look for investors in AZ and NC to connect with. Thank you!

Hi all! I want to start wholesaling, investing, networking and continuing to grow in real estate. I am seeking an active mentor or partner to assist and support me with getting started with wholesaling and investing as a newbie.

I am currently in property management including a year & a half of on site multi family leasing and management; I currently work remote for a single family company. I also own a vacant property in North Carolina that I have researched ideas for making financial/investment use out of. I would like others feedback on it too as I see this as a good opportunity to start a portfolio.

My real estate and business network is small so I am starting here for an opportunity to connect and create relationships with successful and motivated peers. I am a team player who works hard and is eager to learn new things and meet new people. I look forward to building with you all!
