The popcorn ceiling is in excellent condition, and I have not had any other tenants wanting it down.

She knew it was popcorn when she signed the lease and she waited 5 months until she began wanting it down.

I have a tenant that rented my apartment six months ago. She signed the lease for one year and now she’s complaining about the popcorn ceiling containing asbestos. Does anyone know the laws of Florida she saw the apartment when she rented it but now she found out how old the building was, and is afraid of the asbestos am I required to take it down?
